Saturday Swimrun + Parkrun Combo
Join us this Saturday for a special session combining swimrun with Southsea Parkrun in the middle.
What to expect:
• 8:15am – Meet at Coffee Cup for the first swimrun section
• 9:00am – Take on the 5km Southsea Parkrun in your swimrun kit
• After Parkrun – Continue with more swimrun loops (extra swims + runs)
Flexible start points:
• Join from 8:15am at Coffee Cup
• Or meet us at Speakers’ Corner at 8:40am for a short swim before parkrun at 9
• Or jump in after Parkrun around 9:30am
Join the event so host knows if you’re coming and can keep an eye out for you.
This is a perfect session to build endurance and get used to running longer in your swimrun gear.
