Find Your Flow: Fundamentals & Foundation (Level 1)
Part 1 of our two-part intermediate series: Perfect for skaters graduating from our Beginner Lesson Program.
Find Your Flow: Level 1 is designed to help you move beyond the basics and start developing confidence in dynamic skating. This class is focused on technique, control, and foundational flow—with skills like single-leg glides and making your transitions smooth like butter. Whether you’re brand new to intermediate movement or want to tighten up your fundamentals, this is the perfect next step.
What to Expect (both classes):

Focused drills to build muscle memory and flow

Progression-based instruction for both inline and quad skaters
•
Supportive, inclusive learning environment led by Lilia, award-winning inline figure skater and Skate Hunnies performer

A fun and empowering hour with your skate community
