Welcome to Jog & Grog! 🏃♀️⛰️🍻 A weeknight running club through Club Cascadia focused on fun, nature-filled runs followed by optional drinks afterwards ✨
Join us for a ~3 mile run around gorgeous Seward Park beginning at the Ferdinand Street Hand Carry Boat Launch parking lot at 5:30pm. We will meet, jog, then go for some grog at Chuck’s Hop Shop - Seward Park.
Note: Club Cascadia events including Jog & Grog are primarily for women and non-binary folks in the Seattle area, though we occasionally host co-ed events-those will be clearly marked. Keep an eye out!
Release Agreements

Photo/Video Release: By registering and/or Waitinglisting for this Club Cascadia event, you consent to having your photo or video taken, shared on public social platforms, and used for marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to have your picture or video taken, please let Dani know onsite.

Hold Harmless Agreement: You understand and agree that you are attending the event and do not hold Dani or Club Cascadia affiliates liable for any damages or injuries you may incur during it.
