馃洃 Only 1 player registers for the team. After select "Going," please put your partner's name in the RSVP note. Your partner must have a Heylo account to sign the waiver.
鈿狅笍 If your partner鈥檚 name is not in the RSVP note section, or they do no have the waiver signed, we will remove incomplete registrations.
鉀旓笍 REGISTRATIONS CLOSE at Thursday, JULY 16th, 8pm.
鈥硷笍You will be charged when registration closes. If you ask for a refund before registration closes, read the two sentences prior to this sentence.

The entrance fee is for the team and will be used for:

鉁咃笍 Food/snacks
鉁咃笍 Prizes
馃毟 We are limiting the number of spots but will open to more teams if we get enough teams (and nets) on the waitlist.
馃棐 Tournament schedule:
7:30 - Setup Nets
7:50 - Check in online (G Sheets)
8:10 - All Nets Up
8:10 - Tournament presentation & rules
8:15 - Warm-up
8:30 - First Serve Promptly Starts
馃尙 In case the weather forces us to cancel (for instance, wind > 20mph), you won鈥檛 be charged.
鉁达笍 If you have won Intermediate Gold Division 1st place / ranked in CBVA, you will be moved up to Advance.
Instructions:
鈿狅笍 This tournament will be running on Google Sheets. The tournament director will post all information on Google Sheet and any relevant information in event chat. 鈿狅笍 Please check your Heylo DM in case the tournament director needs to contact you.
鈿狅笍 Request after registration closes may not be fulfilled due to limited available time preparing for tournament.
