-a little intimidated by the pace or distance on Wednesday nights?
-busy on Wednesdays, but craving some MR vibes to start your week?
Then please join us on Monday nights at 19.30 at Tempelhofer Feld, for a 6k “relaxed” MR-style run!
This summer we’re offering these boot camp runs at a shorter distance and more relaxed pace (5:00 MAX PACE, up to 6:30/km). We’ll be a smaller group, so everyone will have a chance to chat, meet new people, ask questions, and enjoy the classic MR energy :)
Spots are limited, so sign up now and please cancel in good time if you can’t make it.
• Meeting point: from 19:00, Tempelhofer Feld, Eingang Tempelhofer Damm (across the street from S+U Tempelhof)
• Run Start: 19:30 sharp
• NO BAG DROP
• Toilets near meeting point, in the park
• Bring some Kleingeld for a cold post-run drink; we love to go to the Späti and socialize after the runs!
