Led by Head Coach, Amy Sitar the Marathon Training Program is 18 weeks of full-service, comprehensive training for the fall marathon season. You'll receive 20 group coached in-person workouts: 18 Wednesday workouts, 2 weekend workouts, and a customized training calendar in V.02. The season kicks off Wednesday, July 2nd with a run and strength training session at Finish Line Physical Therapy. The remaining Wednesday workouts will take place in Ye Ole Central Park and run through the end of October. If you're training for a fall marathon, this is the training program for you!
Please note: this year's plans are CUSTOM. If you'll recall last year's plans were instantly generated via an athlete-selected template. These plans, however, are individually customized for each athlete and created one-at-a-time. For a large group, this process takes time. Therefore we encourage you to complete your registration asap! As an incentive, registration for members of the New York Flyers is $325 before June 8th, $350 after June 8th.* Thank you.
