Fall 2025 816 Run Academy - 16 weeks of training towards Kansas City 5k, 10k, Half or Full Marathon (or any other fall race around that time)
This Session is June 30th through October 18th (date of KCM) - 2025
This program is tailored for new runners or those new to structured run training, offering a step-by-step journey on how to train and race effectively with personalized guidance from Coach Randy.
It is supported by The Running Well Store with an optional in person session discussing gear, nutrition and more at their store!
PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW - Session Includes:
16-Week Training Plan (pre printed plan): Options for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, tailored to individual goals and abilities. 5k, 10k, half and full plans available.
6x instruction sessions with Coach Randy throughout the 16 weeks. Sessions meet every 2-3 weeks on Mondays, meetings will be virtual via zoom (they will be recorded if you miss). Q&A time for your individual training questions will be a part of every session!
