Mission Statement - To encourage health and wellness among African American men by promoting a culture of running to stay fit. This group is open to beginners and advanced runners. We are here to be a support group.

Do you identify as a Black/African Heritage Male? If so, this is a safe space for us! Our focus is on mental and physical health. We are here to lift each other up and to address some of the life challenges that are unique to us.
