🛑 Only 1 player registers for the team. After you select "Going," please put your partner's name in the RSVP note. Your partner must have a Heylo account to sign the waiver. If your partner’s name is not in the RSVP Note section, or they do no have the waiver signed, we will remove incomplete registrations.
🚫 Tournament Registration close on Thursday, June 5th, 8pm‼️ That is when you will be charged. If you ask for a refund before registration closes, read the two sentences prior to this sentence.

*will also have RAFFLE prizes! ($2 per 🎟 )
💰 $40/ per team
The entrance fee is for the team and will be used for:
✅️ Drinks
✅️ Food/snacks
✅️ Prizes
🚸 We are limiting the number of spots but will open to more teams if we get enough teams (and nets) on the waitlist.
🗒 Tournament schedule:
7:30 - Setup Nets
7:50 - Check in online (G Sheets)
8:10 - All Nets Up
8:10 - Tournament presentation & rules
8:15 - Warm-up
8:30 - First Serve Promptly Starts
🎟 RAFFLE Prizes: Selection time will be done before elimination starts. Each team will be given 2 raffles per person. Extra RAFFLE can be purchased at $2 per Raffle.
👨🚀🦸♀️🧚♂️🧌🧝♂️ Best Costumes prizes will also be selected then too
🌬 In case the weather forces us to cancel (for instance, wind > 20mph), you won’t be charged.
✴️ If you have won Intermediate Gold Division 1st place / ranked in CBVA, you will be moved up to Advance.
⚠️ This tournament will be running on Google Sheets. The tournament director will post all information on Google Sheet and any relevant information in event chat. ⚠️ Please check your Heylo DM in case the tournament director needs to contact you.
⚠️ Request after registration closes may not be fulfilled due to limited available time preparing for tournament.
