About
πŸ“START POINT LOCATION CHANGE After testing out the route, I realised how annoying it is to get to Putney so we are now instead starting from HAMMERSMITH STATION (See exact meeting point under "More Info" below).
As a part of London National Park City's London Walking Festival, we will be leading a walk along Beverley Brook from Hammersmith to New Malden, also known as London's Hidden Korea Town!
This walk is for anyone of ESEA heritage.
πŸ—ΊοΈ ROUTE DESCRIPTION
This flat river walk is approximately 15km (9.3 miles) with a total elevation of 30m.
Along this route we will be passing through Richmond Park and Wimbledon Common before reaching New Malden Station where you can then take the train back into Central London.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
πŸ›’ Once we reach New Malden Station, you then have the option to join us to H Mart, London's largest Korean Supermarket to get your fill of Korean Goods!
🍚 We will officially finish the walk at a Korean restaurant at approximately 4:30pm for a late lunch/early dinner (restaurant TBC - depends on numbers!), and stop by Cake & Bingsoo if there's still room.
MORE INFO: - Meeting Point: Outside Starbucks, Hammersmith Station (District/Piccadilly Line) - it is located by the entrance. If you are taking the Circle/Hammersmith & City Line, exit the station and cross the road to the District/Piccadilly Line entrance and you will see the Starbucks to the right of the entrance.
β€’
End Point: New Malden Station
β€’
As this is a one way route, it is advised that you travel to this location via public transport.
β€’
We will be going at a moderate pace of roughly 4km per hour (15 minutes per km).
