Rise and shine, Runners! 🌅 Fleet Feet and Hyperthrive Athletics are teaming up to bring you a FREE strength-building and journaling experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the day.
This class is designed to bring athletes together for an empowering hour of strength-building, connection, and personal growth. In this inclusive environment, you'll engage in dynamic workouts that challenge your body and elevate your spirit. Experience the power of community as you forge lasting friendships, share your fitness journey, and cultivate a positive mindset. Our class is not just about physical strength; it's about creating a supportive space where you can thrive together.
We will have about 1.5 hours of warm up, workout, cool down and breath work. About 30-45 minutes of journaling.
🕗 When: Doors open at 8:45 AM, and we’ll kick off promptly at 9:00 AM (don’t be late—you won’t want to miss a thing!).
