In the center of a vast white cirque, at 7,360 feet of altitude, the Club Med all-inclusive Val Thorens Sensations Resort is a contemporary high mountain retreat. Its large bay windows flood the space with light, pale wood beams and colorful balconies. This Resort entitles the mountain atmosphere. Take a deep breath of fresh air at arguably the best ski station in the world, located at the heart of the largest ski area on Earth. At the pink-colored, origami-shaped Oxygen bar, enjoy a glass of chartreuse before the parties start.
We stayed here in 2023 and had a fantastic time. Everything is included: flight from Newark, bus from/to Geneva, 7 night stay in the Val Thorens Sensations sharing a room, 6 day ski ticket to all lifts in the 3 Valley Ski Area, ski tour guides/instructors, breakfasts, lunches & dinners and all drinks (except top-of-the-line wine/liquor; but the house wine, vodka, whiskey etc. were very good). There is also entertainment every night until 1am with shows, DJ's etc. Occasionally when you come back for lunch or dinner they also have snacks setup with live music that are a lot of fun. The buffets were some of the best we ever experienced; the food quality was excellent.
The area is serviced by 180 lifts and there are 330 marked slopes and lots of off-piste terrain which you'll ski with the guides from the hotel (if you are up to it).

Some of us got great deals early February and booked our rooms. One female booked a room but is looking for a roommate so let me know if you would like to share a room with her (will cost you around $3,070). If you want to come and book a room now it is circa $6,500 - $7,000 for the room with 2 sharing (includes the room, all food and drinks, lift tickets and instructor all week for 2 people). You can get ClubMed also to book transportations (flights and busses). Some of us have done so and will go via Newark to Zurich & Geneva). Some of us will go over Paris and take the high-speed train from Paris to the Alps and then stay couple days in Paris afterwards.
Book by calling ClubMed at 888-932-2582. Press 1 and then 1 again. Book from Sunday January 25, 2026 for 7 nights.

If you want ClubMed to book flights etc. then tell them from where you are traveling. If from Philly choose all NY airports. They will then most likely make a booking to fly out of Newark with Swiss (who are the only airline who do not charge for skis and the boot bag). Insist on Swiss and not United.
If you want to come with some of us and travel over Paris then please let me know.
If you book yourself and want a single room then book for 1. Price then should be circa $6,500.
