Children and their parents/caregivers are welcome to join us for our FREE and FUN story- and play-based early literacy classes that use the five important early literacy practices of "Talking, Singing, Reading, Writing & Playing".
Storytimes led by library staff trained in the Every Child Ready to Read curriculum are “early literacy classes" - all the fun and learning of storytime, but with tips and guidance on easy ways to help your child develop pre-reading skills.
Stay after Early Literacy Class for a fun play time! Connect with other parents while your child(ren) play with tactile activities tied into the weekly class theme.
