If you want to get faster, you should also undergo interval training every now and then. 😇 After a warm-up, we start off in at least two groups so that there is something for everyone 💥 EVERYBODY CAN CHOOSE THEIR OWN PACE - NOBODY GETS LEFT BEHIND ❤️ However, on average, the fast group has an interval pace of appr. 04.45 - 05.30 min/km, and the faster group 4.00 - 4.30 min/km.
After an intense finisher, you can start into the well-deserved weekend 🥳
