🌿 Welcome to the Reinvigorate Croydon - ERC Sunday Hike - Seven Sisters Walk Guide: Seaford to Eastbourne!
Join Karen and Trojan on Sunday, 31 August for one of the most iconic coastal hikes in the UK — the breathtaking Seven Sisters walk from Seaford to Eastbourne.
This unforgettable route takes in some of the South East’s most dramatic scenery, including:
• Seaford Head
• Cuckmere Haven
• The full stretch of the Seven Sisters cliffs
• Birling Gap
• Beachy Head
• Ending in Eastbourne for some well-earned refreshments
Expect big skies, salty air, chalky cliffs, and energy that feeds the soul. We’ll walk at a steady, social pace with plenty of breaks for snacks, photos, and cliff-edge views.
This is a challenging hike with some steep climbs and descents, so come prepared and wear sturdy footwear. A good level of fitness is helpful, but as always, we move together and look after each other.
ERC hikes are about community, connection, and joy in motion — whether you’re a seasoned hiker or trying your first long trail.
