Have you ever been curious about your running form and how you might be able to improve it? Join us for a Kezar stadium workout + a demo with Couro, a mobile run analysis tool! To learn more about Couro and how it works, go to www.couro.io
or their Instagram (@couroforathletes), or just show up! Details:
🏃🏽♀️ Some stair workouts, some sprints, maybe some races. It’s been a while since we’ve done a Kezar workout
❌ Not a track workout - there are plenty of track groups much better at that than us
📍 Kezar Stadium, inside the west curve
🎒 No official bag drop, but we aren’t leaving the stadium
🍻 Post-run hang at Kezar Pub
Schedule:
1️⃣ 6:15 pm - Couro demo begins. They will introduce you to the app, help you do your run recording, and answer any questions
2️⃣ 6:45 pm - We’ll start our stadium workout
3️⃣ The Couro team will be around until 8:00 to continue answering questions
🏡If you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms consistent with COVID, please stay home
🙊 Quiet your voices when captains are talking. This will help everyone hear the exercises, announcements, etc.
🏃 Follow good running etiquette: stay on the right hand side and give way to other humans and their furry friends. Always be kind to others on the roads!
🌮 After the run, join us for post-run hang at the bar. Details below. Please no outside food/drinks and no pets.
📸 Photos and videos are encouraged! If you post on social media, remember to tag @midnightrunnerssf and @midnightrunners
🍻POST-RUN FUN - Food and drinks available for purchase!
NOTE: No outside food/drinks – please purchase from the bar. Pets are not allowed in the bar. If you have a service animal, please keep on a leash.
