Please note that our regular scheduled NRG Bootcamp at Red Bird will be cancelled for June 5, 2024.
Join PLAY Kelowna and NRG Kelowna as we unite for a 5km run to honour global running day and celebrate our diverse abilities and ages through the love of running and movement. This day plays an important part in reminding the larger community, our global friends and neighbours, the positive impact movement can play in both our physical, emotional, and mental health. We hope to see you there!
