Vamos a celebrar esta fecha tan linda como nos caracteriza, con mucha pasión, energía y llenos de amor 💕
Ven con tu oufit más de color Rojo ❤️ (por que tú de rojo y yo con este antojo 🙈), El rojo está en la parte más alta del arcoíris y simboliza el amor apasionado, felicidad, y alegría ❤️🔥, el estado más deseable por cualquier pareja.
Tendremos sorpresas para toda la comunidad y como siempre la energía a tope 🔋

QUÉ ES UN “MUSIC BOOTCAMP RUN”?
Llevamos con nosotros potentes altavoces interconectados para crear una fiesta en movimiento!
Vamos a correr 6KM con 3 paradas para hacer ejercicios funcionales. Cada uno corre a su propio ritmo, el grupo se mantiene unido y siempre vas a tener a alguien que te acompañe. Los que corran más rápido harán más ejercicios mientras esperan a los demás. Este es nuestro formato que nos permite ofrecer un desafío para todos los niveles!
ENTRADAS
El evento es completamente GRATIS, pero te pedimos que por favor te anotes en Heylo!
Esto nos ayuda a controlar la cantidad de asistentes
GUARDARROPA
Puedes dejar tus cosas en el bar antes del evento. Nuestros capitanes estarán disponibles para ayudarte con cualquier cosa y resolver todas tus dudas, van a estar identificados con una banda color rosa.
No será posible utilizar el Bag Drop si llegas tarde, ni tampoco retirar tus cosas si decides abandonar el evento antes de que finalice.

TUESDAY 6KM BOOTCAMP RUN
Come tear up the streets with Midnight Runners Bogotá. The run is totally FREE, and is open to all levels; just bring some good vibes.
RALLY 7:15 PM
RUN START 7:30 PM
POST RUN 8:30 PM 🍌
WHAT IS A “MUSIC BOOTCAMP RUN”?
We will be running 6km with 3 breaks for bodyweight exercises. Run at your own pace, the crew stays together and there will always be someone to run with. Those running faster have to do exercises every 2 km to wait for the others. This is our Bootcamp run that allows everyone to challenge themselves to their own limits.
TICKETS
The workout is totally free but please sign up on Heylo
It helps us control numbers!
BAG DROP
You can leave your bag at the bar before the run. Our crew captains will be available to help and answer any questions - look for the pink CAPTAIN armbands. There is no bag drop option if you are late and you won't be able to collect your stuff if you finish early.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Any comfortable running outfit.
